My buddy took me to workout this am over at Crossfit Sierra Nevada with Willie Kahl. It was WORK! Not much weight lifting, but the shit they had me doing is WAY harder!

Willie says the routines he works up, a new one every day, take from 40 to 60 minutes. He has some really intense ones that you do really fast in around 5 min. Either way, this is way different than standard gym weight training.
